2022 Team PEI Qualifier #3 and Finale

To all PEIDA members:

As per the PEIDA rules for tie-breaking the final standings once the 3rd Qualifier will be completed on April 3rd, here is a reminder of how things will proceed in case of ties in the final standings:

• Players who finish with the same amount of points will face in a single 701 leg in order to break the tie
• The winner of the 701 leg will be given the highest ranking among the tied players.
• In the case that two or more players are tied and one or more of the tied players are absent on April 3rd, the absentee(s) will be considered to have lost the tie-breaker and be rolled-back to the lowest position among the tied players.

As this is the final round of the qualifiers, we will be completing the final standings on-site once play has been completed after the second round robin. Therefore, final results and Top 8+1 to make the team will be made official for both men and women this Sunday.

Please remember that if you finish in the Top 8+1 you will have until April 10 to commit to officially making the team. A $300 non-refundable deposit will be required in two installments of $150 on April 10 and April 17.
