Membership vote at Qualifier #1

At our recent AGM, we introduced two constitutional amendments that now need to be voted on by our members. These amendments focus on updating the dates of our fiscal year and adjusting the date of our Annual General Meeting. These changes are meant to help our schedule better line up with how our season actually runs.

The vote on these amendments will take place at our first qualifier. We are planning for the process to be simple and efficient, and it should take no more than ten minutes before play begins. All eligible members who attend the event will have the chance to cast their vote.

It’s important that as many members as possible take part, as your input helps keep the association fair and member-focused. Even small updates like these benefit from having a strong level of participation from our players and volunteers.
